How To Return An Item
Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. You must contact us by phone or email within 7 days of your purchase to be eligible for a refund/exchange.

Be sure to include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return and the original invoice.
Return Exceptions
Merchandise that has been used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange. All SALE items are final and cannot be returned unless deemed faulty.
Exchanges
Sometimes it's ok to change your mind. If your product is in like new condition (i.e. still in original packaging, unused and not altered in any way), you may exchange your product for a different style or color. Please note though that you will still be subject to a shipping fee for your exchange. Unfortunately we cannot exchange SALE items.

Turnaround
All orders are shipped within 48 hours Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm.
Carriers
We use Australia Post for all our parcels. We use Parcel Post which comes with tracking numbers that we forward onto customers after purchases have been sent.
For any urgent orders that require Express Post for overnight shipping, an extra charge will be added to cover costs (please note this only applies to orders under 5kg).

Shipping Rates
We charge a flat rate of $5.95 for shipping goods under 500g. For towels such as the Rainbow and Cottesloe designs, we charge a flat rate of $8.95 due to their bulk.
Back Orders
If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.
